Our Northeastern Pennsylvania Programs

We provide academically rigorous multi-day in-school and after-school STEAM programs to K-12 students in Northeastern Pennsylvania including Riverside, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Hanover, and Hazleton. Salvadori programs support instructional goals and help students see the relevance of math, science, and the arts through collaborative, hands-on, project-based lessons tied to the buildings, bridges, parks and communities that surround our students’ lives.

Our Northeastern Pennsylvania programs are located in Luzerne County and Lackawanna County. Our sites are in Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, Hanover, Riverside and Scranton.

Using teamwork strategies was something my students struggled with this school year. After the Salvadori STEAM program, it was evident that my students learned how to effectively collaborate and work tougher.

Seeing how engaged the students were when learning about the different bridges and working as a team was amazing! I hope we can get the program again, year after year.

It was very enjoyable to see the students were so excited an engaged during the building process of bridges. I want to be able to incorporate more hands-on experience and team building in my classroom
