Salvadori Impact

Ten years of independent assessments show that Salvadori increases student
comprehension of STEAM concepts ~ particularly math, science, and the arts ~ so they feel
more confident in their ability, and more willing to pursue STEAM education and career choices.

Salvadori students demonstrated a 13% improvement in their confidence of success in math and science, and motivation to pursue STEM careers.

After students participated
in Salvadori, they were
18.5% more likely to perceive math and science as being useful, over students who
didn’t participate in Salvadori.

Salvadori students demonstrated a 24% improvement in their
motivation to pursue
STEAM careers.

Salvadori programs
support national, state,
and local learning standards, including Common Core Math and Next Generation Science.

“We immediately noted a tremendous difference in attitude towards mathematics. We began to see wonderful hands-on projects that involved the very skills in which our students were weakest.”
